What is Photocell

A photocell, also known as a photoresistor or light-dependent resistor (LDR), is a light-sensitive module commonly used in the lighting industry and various other applications. It functions as a sensor that detects changes in light intensity and triggers a response in an electrical or electronic circuit.

The purpose of a photocell is to detect variations in light levels and activate or deactivate connected circuits or devices accordingly.
